The Founder plan includes everything in the Free plan — smart inbox, natural language search, follow-up reminders, and full privacy. Everything below is on top of that.
Who this is for
You're a founder actively raising capital — or about to start. You're juggling investor conversations, customer emails, and team updates from multiple email accounts. You need to know exactly where every investor conversation stands without opening a spreadsheet. The Founder plan turns your inbox into your fundraising command center.
3 email accounts
Connect up to three Gmail accounts to Correyo. Most founders have at least two — a personal one and a company one. Some have a third for a side project or a previous company that still gets important emails.
All three accounts live in one unified inbox. You see everything together, but each email is labeled with which account it came through. Reply from the right address automatically — Correyo matches the reply to the account the email was sent to.
The smart inbox, search, and follow-up reminders work across all three accounts. An investor email sent to your personal Gmail and a term sheet sent to your company email? Both show up in your Investors category.
Investor pipeline
Correyo reads your email conversations and identifies which ones involve investors. It organizes them into a visual pipeline — a board you can see alongside your inbox — with four stages that map to how a fundraise actually moves.
Investors move between stages automatically as conversations progress. If the AI gets one wrong, drag the card where it belongs. Each investor card also shows a sentiment indicator — so you can tell at a glance who's engaged and who's going cold.
In practice, this means you open Correyo in the morning and within five seconds you know: three investors are actively engaged, one just went quiet for four days, and someone new replied to your cold email overnight. No spreadsheet. No CRM tab open next to your inbox.
Fundraise mode
This is the feature that makes the Founder plan different from just “a nicer email client.” Fundraise mode is a single toggle that reshapes your entire Correyo experience around your raise.
Flip it on and several things happen at once: your investor pipeline board becomes the main view when you open the app. Investor emails always surface at the very top of your inbox, above everything else. Follow-up reminders get more aggressive — shorter intervals, higher urgency. You see fundraise-specific stats: your average response time, pipeline velocity, and a timeline of how the round is progressing.
When the round closes — or you decide to pause — toggle it off. Your pipeline data gets archived, your inbox layout goes back to normal, and Correyo returns to being your everyday email. Flip it back on when you start the next round.
The idea is simple: raising money is a temporary, intense activity. Your email should be able to match that intensity — and then go back to normal when it's over.
Thread sharing (up to 3 people)
You're in the middle of a negotiation with an investor. You want your cofounder to see the entire conversation — but adding them to the CC changes the dynamic. With thread sharing, they can read the full thread inside their own Correyo inbox. The investor never knows.
Share with up to 3 people on the Founder plan. They see the conversation in read-only mode. You can also leave internal comments on specific emails — “push back on this clause” or “I think they want to close this month” — that only your team sees. Comments are never sent externally.
This is particularly useful during fundraising, when your lawyer, advisor, or cofounder needs to stay in the loop on investor conversations without being part of the email chain.
Weekly fundraise digest
Every Monday morning, you get one email with a clear summary of your fundraise: how many new investor conversations started this week, who went cold, what your average response time looks like, and which follow-ups are overdue.
It also includes suggested next steps — “Sarah at Sequoia hasn't replied in 5 days, consider following up” or “David moved to Due Diligence, prepare your data room.” One email, every Monday, so you start the week knowing exactly where your raise stands.
The digest only appears when fundraise mode is active. Turn it off and the weekly emails stop automatically.
