Team Plan

Unlimited everything.
For the whole crew.

$59/month

$49/mo billed yearly — flat price, not per seat

The Team plan includes everything in the Founder plan — smart inbox, investor pipeline, fundraise mode, thread sharing, and weekly digest. Everything below is on top of that.

Who this is for

You're past the solo founder stage. You have a team — a cofounder, a head of sales, a customer success person, maybe a few engineers who occasionally need to respond to customer emails. You need everyone working from the same inbox without stepping on each other's toes, and you need it to work across every email account your company uses.

01

Unlimited email accounts

Connect as many Gmail accounts as you need. Your personal email, the company's main address, the support inbox, the sales address, the hiring inbox — all of them in one place.

Every account gets the full Correyo treatment: smart inbox sorting, natural language search, follow-up reminders. Emails from all accounts are unified but clearly labeled so you always know which address something came through. Replies go out from the right account automatically.

As your team grows and you add new email addresses — a new product line, a regional inbox, a partner-facing address — just connect them. No per-account charges. No limits.

02

Unlimited team members

Invite your whole team. Everyone gets their own Correyo account with access to shared threads, internal comments, and conversation handoffs. No seat limits, no per-user pricing games.

Each team member sees their own smart inbox with their own category sorting — a salesperson's Customers category looks different from a recruiter's Hiring category. But shared threads and comments flow across the team.

This is particularly useful when you're growing fast. Bring on a new hire on Monday and they're inside Correyo the same day, with full context on every conversation that was shared with the team.

03

Thread handoffs

A customer emails your company address with a technical question you can't answer. Instead of forwarding it (which looks messy to the customer) or CC-ing your CTO (which clutters their inbox), you hand off the conversation.

Your CTO picks it up in their Correyo, sees the full thread history, and replies from the original company address. The customer sees one seamless conversation. They never know the conversation changed hands.

Handoffs work with internal comments — when you pass a conversation, you can leave a note: “They want the custom pricing we discussed last week” or “Be careful, they're considering a competitor.” Your teammate sees the note, the customer doesn't.

This replaces the awkward “I'm looping in my colleague...” email that makes your company feel disjointed. With handoffs, the outside world sees one professional, continuous conversation.

04

Custom inbox categories

The Free and Founder plans come with six built-in categories: Investors, Team, Customers, Hiring, Legal & Finance, and Noise. The Team plan lets you create your own on top of those.

Running a marketplace? Add categories for “Sellers” and “Buyers.” Building a SaaS with an enterprise pipeline? Create “Enterprise Leads” and “Onboarding.” Managing partnerships? Add a “Partners” category with its own notification rules.

Each custom category works exactly like the built-in ones — the AI sorts emails into them automatically, you can set custom notification rules, and they get their own section in your inbox. Your team members can see the same categories so everyone organizes email the same way.

05

Priority support

When your team relies on Correyo for daily email, you need help to be fast. Team plan members get priority access to our support team — faster response times, direct access to the people building the product.

If something breaks or you need a feature to work differently, you're not waiting in a general support queue. Your messages go to the front of the line and get handled by someone who knows the product inside out.

We also proactively check in with Team plan users to make sure the product is working well for their specific setup — especially when onboarding a new team or connecting multiple accounts.

Your whole team, one inbox.

$59/month — or $49/mo billed yearly. Unlimited accounts. Unlimited members. Not per seat.
